Shattered Dawn is a high-stakes, interactive sci-fi thriller where the lines between right and wrong blur under pressure. Participants cast their votes on various aspects of the story, from character names and design elements, to gags and even an alternative ending. Multiple artworks will compete against each other and act as voting mechanism. To cast your vote, acquire one of the open edition artworks, each brimming with the potential to shape the project.

Time is of the essence. These captivating artworks are available only for a brief period. Once the window closes, minting of new editions stops, sealing the votes and locking in the community’s choice. Her methodical approach is challenged as she faces the urgency of her condition.

Makeda is a decisive chemist, known for her ability to take control in high-stakes situations. She has always relied on logic and problem-solving to navigate her field, but when medicine meant to heal begins to fail her, she is forced to question the very foundations of her work. The fight for a cure becomes personal, making her struggle between control and trust even more intense.

Layla

Layla is an experimental researcher, unafraid to push boundaries in pharmaceutical science. She has spent years advocating for innovation, but when she becomes a victim of the very medicines she studies, she realizes that risk-taking alone won’t save her. As she battles worsening side effects, she is forced to find new ways to balance urgency with responsibility, especially with a future she never planned for suddenly demanding her attention.

These three men all serve as enforcers of the system, policing illegal alien technology. They know its dangers better than anyone. But beyond that, they each bring a distinct edge to the narrative - one that will clash or harmonize with the heroine in unpredictable ways.

Elias sees everything before it happens. The surveillance network that detects illegal tech? He helped refine it. But knowing how to control it means knowing how to break it, and Elias is no stranger to making the visible disappear.

But when you erase something from the record, does it still exist?

Jea-min

Jae-min understands alien tech better than anyone else in the unit. He doesn’t just confiscate it, he takes it apart, reverse-engineers it, and sometimes, pushes it beyond what anyone thought possible. His hands are stained with the circuitry of things humans weren’t meant to touch.

But when you know how to rebuild the forbidden, how do you stop yourself from using it?

Rafiq

Rafiq doesn’t just fight, he commands. He knows every piece of tech in the arsenal, every threat pattern, every blind spot in the surveillance grid. Whether leading a raid or shutting down an illegal operation before it starts, Rafiq is always a step ahead.

But when you spend your life holding the line, how do you know if you’re on the right side?

Story Opening

This is the first part of the screenplay and it will be a 1/1 Ordinals inscription.

More parts of the screenplay will be inscribed as the story of Shattered Dawn unfolds. These will lay the groundwork to fund the project mile stones.

Before we get to inscribing anything, the first vote needs to decide who our heroin will be. Hence VOTE as a placeholder in the script. The community's choice will be reflected in the screenplay and consequently become part of the Bitcoin blockchain forever.
